Customer demands

The use of multiple ERP systems by NVC Lighting has resulted in business fragmentation and data sharing. Therefore, NVC Lighting expects to realize data and business integration with existing information systems such as NVC Lighting SAP, NC, BOSS, logistics system, and complete business supervision of the whole chain from procurement, production, circulation to consumer service with the help of Acctrue supply chain cloud and code cloud products.

Solutions

In order to meet the needs of customer, Acctrue Technology has established a set of product traceability+factory production line collection+consumer service platform for NVC Lighting, which realizes the following functions:

1 Establish the master data of enterprise products, factories and dealers, and form a mapping relationship with the basic data in SAP, NC and BOSS ERP systems;

2 Realize the data integration with the existing information system of NVC Lighting, and complete the automatic synchronization of the production plan and the receipt and delivery order;

3 Complete the product production mode of enterprise order production, generate the traceability code according to the ERP production plan, and create the production line production task;

4 Conduct unified traceability code management through product traceability platform;

5 Realize the warehousing management of NVC lighting, record the relevant information of products in the factory, factory warehouse, operation center and e-commerce business nodes, and realize the whole-process traceability management;

6 Realize consumer query and early-warning and WeChat widget anti-counterfeit inspection.
